CASCINA RISTORANTE NOW OFFERING BRUNCH “We want to offer our customers a brunch that remains true to our Italian heritage and our commitment to providing an authentic Italian dining experience,” said Gianni Onofri, the restaurant’s general manager. The a la carte brunch menu features Uova al Tegamino (oven-baked eggs and tomato sauce), an assortment of frittatas, crostini and bruschetta.
